All Assessments and Clinical Forms are now available as downloadable PDFs. On the top right of any Clinical Form or Assessment view, you will see a Print button and a Download PDF button.
All Clinical Forms and Assessments need to be processed before they can be downloaded. Because of this, the Download PDF button has two states:
- Download PDF – This means the form has been processed and is available for
immediate download. - Generate PDF – This means the form has not yet been processed. When you press
Generate PDF, the form will begin processing. You will receive an email notification when
it is ready for download.
