Payment Terms  

Non-Refundable Subscriptions:  

As highlighted in our Terms and Conditions (Section 3.13):  

Paid subscriptions are non-returnable unless made mandatory by law or agreed upon in writing.  

No refunds or credits (service or otherwise) will be issued for:  

Partial periods of service  

Upgrade / downgrade requests  

Unused portions of the service  

Payment Authorization  

Before processing a payment, customers like yourself must:

Confirm the following statement:   

“I authorize WebMaxy to save this payment method and automatically charge it for any subscription associated with it.”  

This step ensures that customers are fully informed (awared) before finalizing the transaction.

After entering personal and card details, customers must:  

Confirm their agreement with WebMaxy’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by ticking the designated checkbox.

– Your WebMaxy Client ID  

Our team will review your request and reply as soon as possible. Typically, the refund process takes about 5-10 business working days.
