Step 3:  Create a Chatbot with multiple workflows 

  • Upon login to WebMaxy Main panel. Click on the left-hand side menu “WhatsApp Automation”

  • On screen, at top middle portion, you will see 3 Menus- WhatsApp bot, Automation, and Rules. To select the correct menu out of them, click on the Menu” WhatsApp Bot”.

  • After that, the next step is click on the right-hand side “Add” button for creating fresh WhatsApp Bot.

  • It will ask you for the bot name, you can give desired name for the bot and click on the Save button. 

  • It will be saved with OK message (saved successfully) and take you to the bot screen to make a desired workflow for you. 
  • Left hand side, a Drag –n-Drop screen will appear along with right hand side Actionable menus like Triggers and Actions Button, as per the need of Workflow type and your required objectives. 

  • To start the flow, Select on Triggers section- “Start workflow”. 

  • Drag it to make a workflow on the left-hand side main screen and drop. 
  • Moving to the next step of action, now select your desired action from Actions section. Drag and drop it below the Start Workflow.  
  • For example, if you have selected Message with Button then you can configure, name the Message action as “Welcome message or Welcome to WebMaxy”. 

  • Under this Configuration step, after naming the message type, go to the below Buttons section and add required nos. of buttons with required actions selection like custom, track order, Book order etc. and save under the entire message with Button. (These buttons actions will be required for bot creations such as Book demo, Track order and Browse product.) 
  • The Action Button on the screen will display as “Welcome to WebMaxy.” Under which 3 created buttons pointers will be displayed for connecting for their respective workflows chatbots. 
  • Now moving further with your first chatbot workflow, you need to click on the next action type- Message with Link. 
  • Give name in the message window as “Please click on Link “and move to next Link window. Go or browse for the required meeting link and copy it. Paste it in the Link Window. And Click on the Save button. 
  • You need to connect the entire workflow from the first button pointer to bottom. 
  • Moving to the next button workflow of track order, Select Action button “track Order” action button and connect it to the second button pointer. 
  • Now, the open the message track order window. Select the customer’s name for example here: davesnoni. And upload the order status file and save. 
  • Further, select the 3rd button pointer “Browse product” and connect with 3rd message action button by selecting “Catalogue message”. You need to name it i.e. “Please check the Products”  
  • Now select Action Button with Conditions “End Workflow” at the right-hand side location and drag –drop it to the workflow screen below all the above actions. 

  • Then close all 3 workflows by connecting to “End WorkFlow”.
